Multiple reports in the past have indicated that Gionee is planning to launch several all-screen smartphones with 18:9 aspect ratio at an event on November 26th. One of these devices is expected to be the part of the Gionee M series, and will be called theGionee M7 Plus. The phone is expected to be the largest smartphone featuring an 18:9 aspect ratio. Now ahead of the unveiling, the M7 Plus has been spotted on two benchmarking websites – GFXBench and AnTuTu.

As per the listing on GFXBench, the Gionee M7 Plus will flaunt a huge 7.5-inch display bearing a resolution of 2,160 x 1,080 pixels. The phone will be powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, mated to 6GB of RAM. The device will come with 64GB of storage, which is expected to be further expandable via a microSD card. The handset will get a 16-megapixel primary shooter at the rear and an 8-megapixel secondary shooter on the front. The device is also rumoured to sport a dual camera setup at the rear. The listing also reveals that the phone will boot Android 7.1.1 Nougat and will get an Adreno 512 GPU.

The AnTuTu benchmarks listing also mentions the same specs for the M7 Plus as the GFXBench results. Earlier reports have suggested that the phone will flaunt an all-metal unibody design and a fingerprint sensor, which will be located at its rear. Since the handset will feature a huge display, the brand is expected to equip the device with a massive battery. The power cell is also rumoured to support 16watt fast charging technology.
